Beautiful property on edge of loch. Great check-in, really friendly hosts. Everything you needed. Extras (milk, bread etc) very thoughtful. Very comfy beds. Loved listening to the estuary birds. And Scotland won the rugby!

Really nice apartment with pretty much everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. It is way more spacious than an average hotel room and more comfortable too with plenty of pace to lounce and watch TV.
I appreciated how they had some milk, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal on hand. These are normally things you end up having to go out and buy.
My only minor concern was the shower which was overly complicated and felt quite flimsy.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was good and nicely served.
The room did not have an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom was not shared but was in the corridor which meant that I had to leave my bedroom to use it. The room itself was in an attic space which meant sloping walls which I bumped my head into. As it was under the roof, the room was extremely hot with no way of cooling it down i.e. no air-conditioning. Most annoying of all is that the property is on the main road and the traffic is heavy and very loud which meant that I didn't sleep at all well. Bed and breakfast for one night cost £102 and this was very poor value for what I got.
