Comfortable, friendly and great location

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with sea view and plenty of hot water for a spa bath. Easy walking distance along seafront to centre of town.

Steep narrow stairs up to room, no lift. A bit awkward ro access through fire doors with suitcase.

Friendly Staff & Great Breakfast

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Superb choice of breakfast with fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, juice and cereal selection with a good cooked choice to follow. The smoked haddock with perfect poached egg was delicious.

Room with no view just a block wall immediately to look at felt enclosed. There was only a tiny stool at the work desk which made my back ache having to work needed a proper chair. There was no bedside tables to put phone and drinks on as both single beds were positioned hard up against the width of the room walls. The walkway between the beds allowed access only to the shower room. Too small for the room value for us. Other than that a very friendly clean hotel. If we needed to stay here again would choose a different room that's all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

Liked the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very cosy and warm. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of options. Only downside was the Breakfast times. Think it should be 8am till 10am. Not 7am till 9am. Was a bit early for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

A friendly place to stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was a good size and included a sofa to sit on which made a nice change from the usual hard chairs or having to sit on the bed. Food was great, well cooked, well presented and very tasty. Overall a nice place to stay.

Clean and comfortable room, staff very helpful when asked anything. Exceptional breakfast 2 of everything. My partner really liked toast was toasted properly. Not too far from ferry and town centre.

Lovely friendly hotel where we felt very welcome

Everything about the Park hotel was amazing, from the second we walked in we were made to feel at home, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and very clean, the bed was super comfy with extra covers if required. The bathroom was really big and again spotless with a good shower. Breakfast was so good and served quickly as you order the evening before with what time you will be down . I would highly recommend the Park hotel to anyone.

Perfect!

The hotel is very nice and cozy, you can have lunch and a drink at the hotel restaurant. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh-smelling! Breakfast was tailored to our needs, large and plentiful. I truly recommend it!

Delighted to have found this gem for our last night of therapy Scottish trip

Great location and handy for the short drive to the ferry terminal. The staff were amazing, warm and welcoming - hardworking too! Food on the evening was excellent, the en-suite bedroom was large, clean and well appointed. Breakfast in the morning was another treat. - Would definitely stay here again!

A really lovely stay

The food eas fresh, really well cooked and exceptional for a 3 star hotels. Breakfast or dinner was unbeatable and equal to that of The Lorne. The bed was fine and the room was large and lovely and spacious. All of the staff were friendly and really welcoming of us. They were attentive and keen to help and serve We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the suite and loved every minute. Position was fantastic with great views

The loo seat was loose and the water took almost 30 minutes to fill the bath.

Smashing!

We felt welcomed and looked after. We arrived 15 mins before the kitchen closed but we had the most delicious dinner and didn't feel rushed. Our elderly pug was greeted warmly. The chap on duty was friendly and helpful and very pleasant. We had a lovely walk along the waterfront which is just across the road from the hotel and from the suite, we had a view of the water which was a real treat. We chose room service for breakfast, which was very organised with evening menu choices completed the night before. The room service charge was higher than expected, but it meant we could relax over breakfast with our dog. The room service breakfast was lovely and having it with a view of the water was just smashing. We loved everything about our stay.

Park hotel Dunoon

The room was clean. The shower was really powerful, so be careful. We were met with a lovely young gentleman when we arrived and was asked if we would like a hairdryer which I thought was a lovely touch. We were given a card to pick what we would like for breakfast, which was a nice touch. The room wasn't big but enough for us. The towels were plenty and lovely an soft. For breakfast, we were greeted with a lovely lady. Our breakfast was amazing and hot. Huge pot of tea plenty of toast amd the eggs were cooked to perfection 👌. The weather was lovely so the seating area outside was lovely and clean too. All in all we had a lovely overnight stay. Will definitely be back. We'll done your hotel us lovely.

T.v could have been a wee bit bigger but that's just been picky if im honest
