This is NOT a boutique hotel but is a very good B&B. The hosts and staff were great. The location was great. The bed and room was comfortable. The breakfasts quality were mixed. A full Scottish was average and a bit overcooked. My wife had the porridge plus which she said was nice. The next day I had the porridge plus and it was great and I would have it again.
The bedroom was small and the en-suite was very small. Overpriced.

Nice hot bath.
Very disappointed in the room, not like the photos on Booking.com. No view from the window. Extremely small bedroom and bathroom. It is more like a B&B than a hotel. It was definitely overpriced. Would have preferred a more flexible breakfast choice.
