Great Customer service, I took a lovely coffee and cake up to my room from the restaurant
The lights from the car park weren’t blocked by the window blind. The room and bathroom were very small but perfectly appointed. When I have been before the restaurant has had amazing sourdough bread but they seemed to be all out this time.

To be picky, the room en suite was very small but not a huge problem

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was very quiet.
Room was smaller than expected. View was disappointing as was of rooftop vents.
For price paid would have expected breakfast to be included.
