Comfortable room, beautiful view over the Loch. Quiet. A couple of local restaurants nearby. Car parking.

loved the location and view from the room dinner was nice and had a great night with the mrs but we requested a 1 hour earlier checking through booking.com gail the receptionist basicly refused us and says they dont check anyone before 3 so we went away killed some time came back she checked us in with no mention of any dinner options barr info ect but heard the couple behind us getting that information we had to wait on the other receptionist woman coming in before we got asked about dinner which we nearly missed due to not being told any information by gail. rest of the night was fine came to morning time so i went down to ask if we could maybe get an extra hour since we never got the hour the day before to gails reply was you actually booked in for 2am so why where we not aloud in the room at 2pm if it was ready from 2am that morning seemed like a barefaced lie so ok thats fine we had pre paid a "brealfast buffet" which consited off cold beans cold tinned tomatoes cold halfed potstoe sconnes scrambled eggs in an inch off water amd undercooked bacon for 12 pounds each i went back to reception amd politely said sorry for being a pest again but the night last night amd food was great but the breakfast buffet wasmt what we expected amd asked for a refund to which again gail refused so i asked how i would go about it amd her reply was speak to a manager amd them i asked well can i speak to a manager amd she said he wasnt in and wouldnt provide details to contact said manager still trying to get ahold off the guy had to get the managers name from the housekeeping guy as she wouldnt give me it lol just a difficult person from start to finish and was the only bad expireince on my overnight trip. rude amd dismisive even though i was polite and calm :)

We loved our stay, the staff were so welcoming & friendly & went above & beyond. The rooms were clean & tidy & location was excellent. We had our dog with us & they were so welcoming to our dog - a true pet friendly stay - thank you

Convenient location for a stop over. Bathroom and the bedroom was clean (if you don't look up at the cobwebs). But staff was very friendly

Very dated and dingy. Almost everything needs repairing. The extension has particularly depressing look and smells of damp. The hotel said they have an electric vehicle charging point, but it wasn't working.
