Welcoming. Outside sitting area with feeling of calm around it, steep steps to access this.
Spacious house.
If walking from town centre, it’s uphill, due to landscape of the area.

This immaculate and comfortable Bed & Breakfast is an easy 3 minute walk to the water and downtown Oban. The room was more spacious and luxurious than we expected, was very quiet, and the breakfast was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the places to sit outdoor in the garden and views of the water.
