The room was well appointed and the bathroom spotless. The breakfast was excellent and well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful. Reception provided a VAT receipt without issues. The central location gives excellent access to other facilities in Oban.
The decor was a little tired and worn in places.

Shower didn't work, room too hot. Stairs carpet badly requires to be replaced. Hotel requires a lot of TLC.
