In my opinion this is a great small friendly hotel, room was spacious with a comfy bed, good food and breakfast, staff were courtious and friendly.
Rooms face onto the main road so you hear the passing traffic, although the hotel supplies ear plugs perhaps they should invest into triple glazing or other means of noise reduction glazing.

Good location and convenient car park. This beautifully decorated. The young lady in the restaurant was very attentive. The evening meal was good too.
The room was far too hot. Even when we turned down the radiator I still had to open both windows but then the road noise was quite bad. No bathroom mirror.

Comfortable bed. Good view from the balcony. Staff polite friendly and helpful.
Noise from an unexpected christmas party in restaurant down below causing the room to vibrate. Unable to sleep until party finished. Several small issues with the room... a broken bathroom light and a flat battery in remote. Finally, during breakfast, the bread was moldy.
