Loved the size of the rooms and the space in the hotel
Was quite dirty in places. Spa facilities could have been cleaner. Our shower head didn't turn properly so it would soak the floor. You can see this has been an ongoing issue because the wood on the bathroom door has all bubbled from being soaked all the time. There wasn't any bedding for the sofa bed if we wanted that as an option for the children. Was expecting better quality in some places based on the price we paid.

Friendly staff, good location, good value for money
Showers were terrible in the spa and in the hotel room, water pressure was so bad water basically dribbles out and they were also quite cold too no matter how high you tried to turn it up
