Great swim and lovely staff

Warm, courteous welcome on arrival. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast exceptional

WiFi not good, it was difficult to maintain a connection making remote working tricky.

Showers in leisure centre were quite weak

The bed was very comfy and your bar team are exceptional. The bar manager could not have been more helpful along with another you guy (wish I had got their names) they are a credit to your hotel.

The rooms near the pool need to some sort of air conditioning. A £20 van does nothing. The heat is unreal in these rooms. There are plenty plug in units that could be purchased for these rooms, would just need some investment in guest comfort. The older gentleman that was on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I dared to go and ask for ice during the night because every bottle of water we had was roasting hot. He spat out the words “its 4.30 in the morning” then stormed through the back and gave me a slither of ice, almost through it at me without saying a word. Granted, he was exceptionally busy at this time in the morning 🤨 Someone like this should not be working in hospitality, his attitude is atrocious.
