Friendly hosts.
Happy that I was able to grab early cereal before rushing for the ferry.
Bed very comfortable.
Having to ask for more milk and tea bags.
Room not tidied each day (bed not touched).
Teabags and milk not replenished after use. Water on arrival not replenished after being used.

We traveled with my brother in law and his wife they paid £60 less
We booked a double room with en-suite and got a twin with bathroom across the landing. No apologies or reductions not acceptable.
Not getting what we booked and the other couple we went with got what they booked and £60 cheaper.
