Mitch is a great host - very helpful and personable. Breakfast was wonderful and bountiful- lots of choices and tasted great.
It was my fault as I read private bathroom which I thought mean an en-suite bathroom. But room #1 has a bathroom across the hall from the bedroom- it is private and worked out fine and the bathroom was spacious but good to know and clarify.

Location was beautiful, spoilt by the road traffic noise but you will get that near any road. Good plentiful breakfast.
2 night stay but room water bottles not replaced. Biscuits would have been nice with tea and coffee facilities which were provided. Room and unsuited do require updating.

We traveled with my brother in law and his wife they paid £60 less
We booked a double room with en-suite and got a twin with bathroom across the landing. No apologies or reductions not acceptable.
Not getting what we booked and the other couple we went with got what they booked and £60 cheaper.
