Great location, comfortable room and bed, tea/coffee/water and biscuits were a lovely touch - check in and out were very smooth
When booking the room with a ‘private bathroom’ (Room 1) it wasn’t clear that the bathroom would be across the hallway with a separate key, wasn’t a problem as there was a sink in the bedroom itself but worth knowing!

Nice welcome from the host who immediately provided the street parking pass we needed. The breakfast was delicious (prepared by the host). She provided several recommendations for dinner. The room was quiet. WiFi connection was solid.
