Great location for me. I can book up to the last minute and room is always clean. The house cleaning staff are friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is good value.
The late night room service food is limited (restaurant was already closed).. The panini I had delivered was inedible, dry and well below par. I walked it back down and the staff agreed it was bad. They did offer to replace it but I decided to have the tea and biscuits in the room instead. It was not on my bill on check out.

Lovely modern reception area. Friendly check in staff. Lots of parking. Warm showers and fast WiFi.
Bed wasn’t the comfiest. No bedside tables nor plugs near the bed. But that could just be personal preference. No EV charging points for cars.
Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. No evacuation but still not an restful nights sleep

Room size was really good and having a table with three chairs was a real bonus. The reception area is lovely. The breakfast selection was good.
The room decor is dated/ lacking. The bathroom was very poor. Sink blocked which staff failed to attend to. Shower dated and poor. Use of shower curtains is a real pet peeve of my mine, hate the way they stick to you in a cramped bath tub. Some staff were pretty disengaged while others were fairly friendly.
