Great location on the coast, friendly staff who make you feel at home, dog friendly as advertise, great not to be bombarded with a big set of rules, just a simple set of instructions to be respectful as you’d expect
Breakfast, although there was a good variety of cold options and was as advertised, I always like the option of a cooked breakfast, especially on a farm

Decent size room.
(1) It is not a "hotel". There is no restaurant. It is more like a motel or self catering rooms. It is vastly overpriced for what it is . They leave some fruit/cereals etc in the room.
(2) If you want dinner, you'll need to go into the town or phone a takeaway. If you're there on a Monday or Tuesday, options in town are limited.
(3) It is right beside the main A-road to ferry terminal/ Northern Ireland. If you need to open the window, it can be loud. The night i was there was particularly warm, so had to open the window - and got hardly any sleep.
