Park of Drumquhassle

Quaint country home quiet surroundings - nice room very comfortable. Host was very kind and accommodating for our requests. We had a great meal at the local pub- the Cracken- a few mins down the road.

Shower was a sprayer in a tub and was cumbersome to use.

The host was delightful and the furnishings were exquisite. The deer antler chandelier above the dinning table was such a talking point, i loved it. Really interesting place to stay, Breakfast was delicious, served quickly and we was made to feel very at home. Lots to choose from and the Bone china plates, silver cutlery and serving dishes were such a treat. I can see how so much thought had gone into the delivery of the House, its amazing and spectacular size and the curtains alone were fabulous, and how its history is seeped into every corner of the house.

Maybe check in not being till 4pm ? I like a earlier check in so i can go out and about before dinner , im certain had i emailed across we may have been able to check in early.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Jackie makes you feel very welcome.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely rural location. Breakfast was cooked to order and of good quality. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Pets welcome.

The bathroom was at the end of a corridor and not en-suite. A neighbouring bathroom was adjacent to our room via a sealed doorway from which we had inadequate sound-proofing. Room contains no sink, beverage tray or kettle. All of this should be made clear on the booking.com website.
