Wonderful staff. Pub and shop close by. Hostel is what you’d expect.
They lied about the location. WHW. It is not 15 minutes from the kissing gate but 25. All down hill so a hard slog in the morning. At least tell us the truth.
Also washing machines weren’t available.

The facilities were adequate for our needs for a single night stay. However, we did remark that the property is dated & would benefit from refurbishment.
When in the dormitory room there was a lot extraneous noise coming from elsewhere in the hostel & every time a person walked past the door it sounded like they were entering the room.

"Good showers, good facilities for cooking, shed for storage of bikes, nice communal area to dine in.
Should also mention the green light on 24hrs in our room, this could have been dimmer but still fun..."
