Perfect spot for our stop in Glencoe, cute little room.

The rooms are very basic and you share a bathroom. It's all clean and comfortable though. I chatted with the owner and he seem a decent, genuine person.
It's not high end, but it's decent and honest accommodation.
The area is lovely.
The only heating in the room is by a wall mounted electric heater.
It works, but it's not as good as central heating for keeping the room dry.

The property is a classic bed and breakfast which we miss these days. Johnny was an amazing and warm host. Took care of everything and recommended me daily things to do to keep it more realistic 😬
Nothing. Absolutely amazing

Central location in Ballachulish. Walking distance to coop and a bar and take away. A friendly welcome from the owner and useful information given.
A bit tired and dated. Old hard towels. Couldn't get the t.v working in either room. Matress in one room had seen better days. All just a bit lacklustre.

We were visiting in Scotland for 9 days with our dog. This was our favorite location of four. Not only for the beautiful glens and amazing views but for the very comfortable bed, delicious Scottish breakfast, and charming and informative host. At the end of the day we fell into bed exhausted from hiking and slept so well in the fresh mountain air. The room was not pretentious and had everything we needed. The community room/dining room was comfortable and stocked with books and games. Each morning we found juice, milk, tea and coffee ready ... and then came that good hot breakfast that set you for the day!
There was an odor in the bathroom, but it's an older building and we really weren't put off by it. If we find ourselves back in Ballachulish (and it could happen) we'd be happy to ring up Johnny and see about another stay!

The house is located at the corner of a village green and is nice and quiet. A good sized room with good beds and a shared bathroom. Johnny is an excellent host serving a good breakfast and going the extra mile to make one feel comfortable. Very well worth staying!

Great location! Didn’t spend much time in our room, but it was comfortable and met our needs for an overnight stay. Cozy and inviting.

We arrived quite late but the owner arranged something for a late check in.
The beds were very cozy and warm (it was a cold night for June).
The breakfast next morning was freshly made and really good, and kept us fed throughout most of that day.
On top the owner gave us a great recommendation for a small hike, plus some interesting information about Glasgow and some history about other nearby areas.
Can whole heartedly recommend to anyone, be it a one night stay like ours, or a couple of days.
Nothing not to like!

We had a fantastic stay at Park View in Ballachulish, Glencoe. The place was absolutely lovely — peaceful and beautifully maintained. The room was very comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring the area. Breakfast was amazing and what really made the stay special, though, was the owner — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for one night on short notice and were happy with the overall experience, given the other options for a same-day reservation. The location was convenient- right on our route from Skye to Glasgow. The room was clean and the owner was very helpful and friendly. He greeted us at the door, gave us tips for dinner places and chatted about the neighborhood (very safe and quiet). He made us a delicious breakfast, too.
The bed was lumpy on one side. Maybe from people sitting on that side of the bed, closest to the door.

Not a lot
The place felt tatty and not particularly clean. The bed was lumpy and had a strange smell to it. The bathroom floor had paint splashed on it. Given that it’s a B&B we came down in the morning expecting to be served what we’d paid for but was told we hadn’t booked breakfast, but we could have one but it would take 20 mins to prepare. My partner had already looked in the dining room and it was not nice, so we declined and left.

It was close to Glencoe
Sad, poorly maintained house. Bathroom was dingy and smelled of mold. We couldn't flush the toilet most of our stay. The owner knew it was tricky, but didn't fix it. We prepaid for two nights, but only stayed one night due to all the issues. We left the owner the 125 pounds for the second night, and he did not offer to refund it. The dining room ceiling had leaked, and was coming down. It looked like this had been happening for a while. We stayed in six other B&B's in England and Scotland on our trip, all would rate between fine, traditional, and romantic. The Park View needs a complete refurbishment.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable but not large. Not a place for anyone who cannot manage stairs.
Host had good recommendations for dinner.
Outside was a bit rundown ie could have done with a bit of painting.

We had a bathroom in our room
Place is falling apart. Think the host has giving up on this B&B. Needs full refurb had more a council estate feel about it than B&B. Even though breakfast was a extra at £20 cash only for a chucked together lidl finest. Everything here shuts at 8pm for food even the chippy where the host suggested we go after 8. The host does everything himself. Room was dirty n dated. Had to unplug tv to use the kettle. Ad rather pitched at tent Shocking

The Owner was very kind and always ready to Help. We could choose between a Continental and Scottish Breakfast - we choose the latter and enjoyed it a lot! The Room was very cozy and clean.
Ballachulish is very small but has a few very good walking Routes with beautiful Views. We definetely recommend it!
Its not about our stay, but the Public Transport is awful, since most of the Busses come only twice a day and the Taxis are booked out.

Great location and very friendly welcome. Knowledgeable host. Clean bedroom, very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast.
Some maintenance issues- kettle, wall socket and door hook not working. Shared bathroom inconvenient. More expensive than expected (£100 including breakfast).
