It was a wonderful stay!!

Very cute cottage, very comfortable, quiet and clean, and with very pretty decorations. It is very well equipped and has everything needed for cooking etc. It’s also in a great location, across from a pastry shop and a couple of good restaurants, and very close to a cafe and the main grocery store of the area, easily reachable on foot. Plus there are nice walks to do right there. It’s so beautiful !!

A wonderful experience!

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was lovely to stay in an authentic 1700s worker’s cottage that had all the modern amenities. The location was fantastic. 5 minutes from Glencoe and close to beautiful walks. Stunning scenery. A wonderful patisserie opposite the cottage and other cafes and pubs nearby. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cosy cottage

Easy access and parking directly outside. Comfortable lounge and dining space which was big enough for 4 people when our friends visited. Excellent patisserie opposite and a fish & chips shop too.

Limited outside space. Small TV was not ideal for keeping in touch with the snooker this weekend!

Cosyand comfortable, very well equipped, amazing location, good for exploring all the sights nearby....and with a takeaway and co-op just across the road!

Nothing really except a wee note about lack of clarity about how to check out. It would be helpful to have the procedure written down in info folder. Thankfully, owner responded very quickly to my question via booking.com, but it is a needless stress, easily avoided.

Great accommodation, fantastic location

Lovely old quarry workers cottage refurbished for modern living but retaining bags of quirky charm. Perfect location opposite very good chip and pizza shop and very near to supermarket plus only 5 minutes drive from Glencoe mountains and 25 from Ben Nevis. Couldn't have hoped for better.

Comfortable and sweet

Very clean and comfortable (bed was very cosy after a long day, but quite small for a couple). The cottage is homely too, well equipped and very easy to figure out how everything works. really enjoyed reading a few of the books about Glencoe too

a minor issue, but the electric heaters wouldn’t turn off even when off at the wall.. so it was cosy!

Good location, very responsive hosts, gorgeous cottage, super clean and great amenities in the home. Warm, cosy, quiet, and very romantic. A perfect place in beautiful surroundings.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the property, but January is very quiet in the area and several nearby restaurants and activities aren't open - I wish I'd checked!

A dream accommodation in a quet village near Glencoe Valley

The cottage is very comfortable, warm, plenty of space with a separate kitchen which had all amenities we could think of. The whole house is squeaky clean and everything works. A huge positive bonus for us was the decor, with interesting old photographs, paintings and other artistic elements. The CO-OP is 2 mins walk, pub across the street and restaurant behind corner. The fabulous Glencoe Valley is 5 mins drive away, making this cottage a great base for exploration. We would have stayed longer, had it had been possible. Would definitely recommend and come back myself.

Comfortable cottage at great location

We loved the interior and completeness. From bathroom to kitchen, everything you could need during your stay is present. The cottage is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is also great: very close to several restaurants, a bus stop, supermarket, as well as the entry to the old quarry.

Due to covid, we needed to dispose the garbage bags and take off the bed sheets ourselves, but this was understandable given the situation.

Absolutely amazing place ! Everything was just perfect. The cottage is spacious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated , very well equipped, spotlessly clean, situated in beautiful location. Great communication with lovely owners. We loved it so much that we've already booked another stay. Would highly recommend !
