Probably good for cyclists but not so good for the dogs staying

Big windows and comfortable room with modern decor. Clean.

Location was on a busy road so not ideal if you have dogs with you. Car park brickwork with hexagonal holes was difficult for dogs to negotiate ! Water pressure in bathroom very low and took a long time for water to get hot. Breakfast moderate.

Beautiful setting and great design, but badly let down by poor upkeep and unprofessional service.

The setting is absolutely beautiful with great views over the surrounding landscape. The building itself is a really nice piece of modern architecture, and the rooms are well-designed in terms of layout and style. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The place feels like it hasn’t been properly looked after in years. Floors and walls were dirty or marked, weeds were growing around the outside, and utility rooms were left open with messy storage in view. Dinner was disappointing—dry, overcooked food—and breakfast felt chaotic, with staff walking around eating and helping themselves to food, and handling food bare-handed and placing it in the buffet. The whole place just lacked a sense of care or professional management, and the photos online don’t reflect the current state of the hotel—it looks much better in pictures than in real life.

The staff were professional and relaxed. The food was everything we'd hoped for. The atmosphere was chilled and friendly. We plan to re-book there when we return to see our Ronse friends. The Sporthotel was one of the best lodgings from our 3 week trip through Europe.

Eh, desk hours could've been a little bit more generous but it wasn't an issue tbh.

Fabulous position with lovely views. Breakfast was the best we had all trip. Was a shame we only stayed one night would like to have done longer. Will definitely stay again when we are in Belgium.

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy. You have also the possibility to enjoy a good breakfast or to eat in there restaurant and enjoy the panoramic view. There are a lot of hiking and cycling possibilities nearby and also the centre of Ronse is not that far with a 5 min drive. I was doing teleworking from my room where I still could enjoy a panoramic view and had good connection with the wifi. We are defiantly coming back to this place!

awsome 360° view

We have spent for a weekend during the Covid period. Nice minimalistic rooms with a nice outdoor view (especially from the first floor). Excellent breakfast. Due to the Covid regulations it was not possible to have dinner etc. Take away was possible. List of merchants was provided. This is an ideal location to start one of the many bicycle- montainbike- and walk tours.

Due to the Covid regulations we have missed a small fridge to keep cool our food and beverage. As said before, it's a great meeting point for outdoor sports but it's a bit pity there are no indoor sport facilities, although they call thereselves a sporthotel.
