Cosy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor with a loft bedroom up a further flight of stairs. There is unlimited high speed WiFi and satellite TV. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom also has a washing machine. The living area has a fully fitted kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave and small dishwasher. There is everything for total comfort. There is safe covered parking on site for a small car or another 300 meters away.
Located in trendy popular Palmer Road with coffee shop, restaurant, bar and art shops meters away the apartment has all modern conveniences. The sea at Surfers Corner is 4 minutes walk away, with many restaurants, coffee shops surf schools, and bars, and the mountain and lagoon not much further. The place also has a large patio with furniture and gas barbecue. Two bedrooms have views of the back of Table Mountain. And it is only a 25 minutes drive to the centre of Cape Town from this old Victorian era suburb - really a village. A large supermarket is 5 minutes walk away and the railway station about the same.
We live two doors away and will be there to welcome guests and to provide information on what to do and where to go and to create a perfect holiday experience.
