Easy access and the concierge was awesome

absolutely nothing wrong

shops are close by and the building is very clean

air condition at room N808 wasn’t working we did report it but No one came to check on it yet we stayed for 3nights, it was cold at night luckily we came with our own blanket

Everything was great. Great location and I loved that the mall was just opposite the apartments. The apartment was really nice, clean and I loved the feeling of everything. I felt so important and like a VIP staying in this apartment. I slept like a dream on the lovely bed. Apartment was really modern and luxurious.

I am so sorry but I felt like a person in the woods with no idee where to go or how to get out. It would really help if there was more information on where to go, where to park. If it was not for the mall security guard showing me to park at the drop off and go and to go to the reception area on the south side I would have never got to the place I was staying and also the 2 security guards that helped me by showing me where to go in to the correct basement parking, took me to the correct reception desk on the north side and to the apartment I stayed in I would have never got the place. Maybe with confirmation on stay you can give more clear indications on this matter, as you can't park anywhere to go and find out as they clamp your wheels of your vehicle. I knew I was at the correct building because of the Sun Bird sign, it's just the indication on where to park and where to go that needs more clarity.
