Location - just a short walk from the beach and also plenty of shops, bars, coffee shops etc just a very short walk.
Exceedingly clean
Great attention to detail and exceptionally well stocked with well thought out extras that usually have to buy e.g. cotton buds, air freshener, fly spray, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom, and in the kitchen (although we only used the kettle and the fridge ) there was everything you might need, even a coffee pod machine with some spare coffee pods and also the basics of coffee, tea, sugar etc. and Krystyna even asked what kind of milk I would like which she put in the fridge for our arrival so that we could make a cup of coffee :)
Good sized TV with Netflix and YouTube, and obviously internet. Air conditioning too although at this time of year a ceiling fan would have sufficed.
I had a slight mishap with the bidet attachment on the loo (not familiar with such things and accidentally turned it on without realising it) and Krystyna was immediately available with a mop and a spare bath mat and showed us how it worked. Oh - the shower is great too, nice and roomy :)
Oh yes, and fabulous little secluded garden which was absolutely lovely to sit in, and cool, and even a candle and lighter supplied although we didn’t use it but very impressed with this level of detail.
Bed lovely and firm and very comfortable.
Nothing that I can think of, and Krystyna is always asking on WhatsApp if we needed anything else.

Centrally located in Hout Bay, just minutes to walk to the beach or supermarket and restaurants. Quite and calm place to stay. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I didn‘t use the kitchen, but there is a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and a water heater for a good and strong coffee. Many thanks to the lovely hosts!

Very comfortable with all the amenities and conveniently located 300m from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, as well as many activities at the harbour. The Cape Town sightseeing bus also stops at the end of the road.

Run by the very kind and friendly Polish owners Krystyna & Andre (who is also a tour guide), the place offers everything and more. Comfortable bed, clean amenities, fully equipped kitchen with bbq and your own terrace to use. Adapters for all kind of devices and shower gels/body lotion, Nespresso capsules + milk (they even asked which type of milk/alternative we’d require) were provided, same as basic kitchen supplies (s&p, oil etc.). Parking in front of the property is safe. From Hout Bay most popular spots around CT can be reached within 20-30 mins by car which was convenient during our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended, happy to return.
