Highly recommended slice of heaven.

Very comfortable with all the amenities and conveniently located 300m from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, as well as many activities at the harbour. The Cape Town sightseeing bus also stops at the end of the road.

Perfect stay in nicely finished place with amazing owners

Run by the very kind and friendly Polish owners Krystyna & Andre (who is also a tour guide), the place offers everything and more. Comfortable bed, clean amenities, fully equipped kitchen with bbq and your own terrace to use. Adapters for all kind of devices and shower gels/body lotion, Nespresso capsules + milk (they even asked which type of milk/alternative we’d require) were provided, same as basic kitchen supplies (s&p, oil etc.). Parking in front of the property is safe. From Hout Bay most popular spots around CT can be reached within 20-30 mins by car which was convenient during our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended, happy to return.

lovely studio flatlet, very comfortable, clean and well equipped

Very convenient location, close to the beach, harbor , shops, bus route. Well-equipped studio flat, host has thought of everything. We asked for 2 single beds instead of a double bed, and it was not problem.

nothing bad. As we were in a hired vehicle, i would have liked the car to have parked inside the property, but it was safe on the pavement, and we had no problem.

Quiet place to explore the Cape

A perfectly fine studio. The bed is big and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower enjoyable. It's located very close to the beach but also in a quiet area.

I am taller (1m86) than the showerhead, which is always annoying.

Mr Andre and Mrs Krystyna are the loveliest hostes. They are extremely caring and will always make sure you are okay. The facilities are exceptional and clean. It is feels like home away from home. I would highly recommend using Studio in Hout Bay.

Excellent stay, except you must pay extra for the use of the aircon

The property is clean and practical

They advertise that there is aircon in the room but they charge you extra to use the aircon. If they mentioned it in the advert I would not book there.

Exceptional

Really nice space. Super tidy and efficient. The kitchen is exceptional for properties of this type and price, and is well appointed for actually cooking meals (whereas most others seem to be for reheating takeaway and making tea). Outdoor space is beautiful and spacious. The hosts are very attentive and friendly, so sharing their property is easy. Overall one of the better properties I've stayed at.

Nice holiday at the studio

Lovely comfortable and cosy studio ,very well equipped ,with our own little garden,in a quiet and secure area.Good location, close to the beach and walkable distance to shops and restaurants.Krystyna and Andre were very nice ,welcoming and helpful.Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The hosts tended to the small things that madenus feel very welcome - they placed fresh milk in the fridge and left chocolates on the dressing table. The room was safe and secure and we had our own garden and braai area

The wifi was very intermittent. The TV can only stream (YouTube and Netflix), but the wifi signal that mostly was to weak meant we couldn't use the TV. Our car was parked outside in the street.

Cosy and comfortable

It was compact and comfortable and in a good location. Nicely decorated and very clean. Particularly suitable for a solo traveller. Quiet, nice garden retreat. The shower was nice and hot. Liked being able to watch YouTube and Netflix.

Great location, very clean and super little private garden.

Great location of this studio and friendly owners. We loved the private garden with mountain view. It's very close to Hout Bay's main street with places to eat and local Spar shop.. Also easy to walk to the Harbour.

Shame there was no WiFi but we managed with our local sim cards.

We have stayed here a few times because it suits us and is fantastic. Lovely coffee machine and pods, a bit of milk for the first morning would have been great. But really such a small gripe. Love the accommodation 👍
