It was a breath of fresh air and much needed adventure.

I loved our views! I liked the proximity to the beach ; the general feeling of being safe in simons town. Our host was generally very responsive to questions we had which was helpful.

Loved our stay

This place is what I call home. Annie is such an amazing lady. On the day of check in, she told me she had upgraded our room. This meant so much. We loved our stay. When I requested for a fan, she was quick to respond. We also had a visitor, noodle the cat made it even more welcoming☺️

Lovely Stay

Location. Flat 1 had excellent views and outside decking with table, loungers and bbq.

For it to be sound proof you need the doors/windows closed which makes it very hot a night time. There was a very small fan but a much larger is needed or a/c

Wonderful stay away from the congestion of central Simons Town.

Exceptional sea view across False Bay from apartment. The private terrace with barbeque facilities was wonderfully protected from the SE wind. Although the apartment is situated on a fairly busy road, the excellent double glazing and doors made one unaware of any traffic outside. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Annie attended to all our requests immediately and professionally.

There was nothing we could complain about.

Location was so AMAZING, the views was everything... Will definitely revisit!!!!

No broom or mop, although I was told that the cleaning ladies do come in to that, but sometimes like myself, I don't want the cleaning facilitiea to be present while I'm holidaying, so I would suggest a broom & mop, otherwise perfect stay❤️

The place was really so clean and the ocean view was absolutely stunning! My friend and I enjoyed sitting by the patio every morning and watching the sunrise. It was just so peaceful.

Perfect little place to relax and escape

Compact unit with practically everything you would need for a short week or weekend stay. Lovely neighbourhood.

This is not a reflection on the property, but something I would have liked. A bathtub would have been a bonus, for a relaxing destressing session after a busy week, but that is a personal need.

Amazing place to stay and exceeded all our expectations!

The view is absolutely amazing from inside the unit and the balcony. The place was neat and comfortable and well-equipped. We were surrounded with stunning beaches like Boulders beach (watching the penguins) and Windmill beach where we snorkelled. Down, across the road, we watched the sunrise from the very same rocks which our balcony overlooks. It is a short drive (about 20 min) to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope. We checked in after 5 and our host was very accommodating and left the key in the lock box for us.

Access stairs are difficult. Interior needs ceiling fans as the airflow is not ideal.( you cannot open the front windows. Suggestion Need a sharp utility knife as part of the kitchen equipment.

The view is worth it!

Sail Awaya Studios was a dream! Stayed in Room 4 and the view was amazing! Even though the property is on the main road, it is not so busy so you still get a peace of mind. You have everything you need in the kitchen. Checked in late and Annie so kindly allowed a late check out.

Cosy Studio

Just loved the position, right near the sea and the beautiful view. A cosy and comfy studio to unwind an relax in. Annie & Dave, were just great. Thank you. We'll be back !

The hedge north of the patio was overgrown and untidy which made it difficult to enjoy the view towards the sea

My 1 year old daughter was so happy at this place, she loved it. My fiancée and i loved the view, the beach is a 5 minute walk away, the sound of the ocean at night is so peaceful. Comfortable bed and couch.

It wasn't spacious so we felt a bit cramped. There was only a shower so we had to bath our toddler in her own bath. The egg spatchler was broken. All of the windows couldn't open we could only open 1 sliding door. My fiancée had a hard time cooking on the induction stove, and the mini fridge was too small for the amount of stuff we had.

Amazing Studio Apartment, room no 2.

The views we absolutely loved. The comfortability was amazing. The furniture was great. The kitchenette has everything that you need. Very safe area, very close to tourist attractions which was amazing and very cost effective on fuel. Amazing restaurants nearby, close trip into Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and Muizenburg which is a great place to go and surf and eat by the ocean. Overall our stay was exceptional, we found our "Home" by the ocean that we will always book at to go and stay over our holiday period. Thank you to all the staff.
