From the moment we arrived until we left, we were made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience.

Lovely bedroom and en suite. Lots of space, comfortable bedding, tastefully decorated.

Unwelcoming host. Lack of staff (other than the host, who was only at the property during the day and early evening, we did not see another soul over the 3 nights we stayed). Consequentially, there is no atmosphere. There are no reception rooms whatsoever, so other than the couch in the bedroom, there is literally nowhere inside the property to sit an relax. There are outdoor seating arrangements, but Cape Town winters render these useless during the cold months. Be prepared, this place is merely a bedroom! But the worst part was undoubtedly the host. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience. There isn’t space to elaborate further, but we wont be back. And judging by the fact that we were the only guests there over a 3-night weekend, obviously others feel the same way. A beautiful property, spoiled by the little things.
