When we checked into our room, my hotel room was stinking like a dirty old rag, we had to call and complain for a swap, waited and waited and called again to find out, eventually they transferred us to a room 461 where we had an apartment block as our window view. Additionally, My family and I were appalled to find out that there were no halal section for buffet breakfast. I asked a staff member if the pastrami was halaal, she said yes. I then gave it to my toddler to eat with much regret. I saw chicken sausages in a Bain Marie placed Right NEXT to pork. The guy was dishing pork, and used the SAME utensil to dish chicken sausage. I then placed an order for an omelet, there was no mushrooms, no chillis, and they ran out of onions. The lady frying the omelet gave my omelet away to another customer that came AFTER me and didn't apologize. I then nearly had a verbal altercation with the lady that took my food. Worst experience. Don't recommend at all. And I always used to come to this hotel since my honeymoon. I would like a free invite back for myself and my family to stay at the hotel to make up for this

We enjoyed our break at the President hotel though I must stress that maybe they should just add more halal catering for Muslims.
