Great location, comfortable stay but expensive for what we got.

Good location, central SeaPoint so felt safe in the early evening and close to bars, cafes, and the seafront. Modern decor, quiet room, no noise from foyer. Water replaced daily. Bed really comfortable - slept really well! Nice strong shower.

Felt more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. No acknowledgement when you arrived in reception. Not always security on the front door. The swimming pool wasn't clean enough for me to go in. I appreciate the roof is windy so no cushions or umbrella's, but I would have liked a beach towel - the pool area needed some luxury touches for hotel guests. No information on the area, recommendations etc.

- Top location in safe area. Leave and come back on foot also in the evenings. - Safety in building. 24 hrs desk and security guard at night. - Safe garage for car. - very good food and breakfast in the cafe on the ground floor - spacious room with large balcony - amazing roof top with great view for sunsets (no drinks though) - Face recognition. I was sceptical about it but it was great.

We would have appreciated an iron and some slippers in the room.

Customer service at the reception could be improved. The staff weren’t very attentive nor interested in serving customers.

Ok to stay for a couple of days

That's a new building in the Cape Town. It's pretty new and offers spacious studio rooms with good amenities. The breakfast is provided in the cafe on the ground floor, and they have a good menu to offer. Deserts are especially good there.

Breakfast is server on voucher basis and voucher value is around 20 USD, which is not much. If you exceed this limit, you need to pay the difference out of your pocket. You basically can go to this cafe on your own and that probably would be cheaper than a room with a breakfast. The pool on the top floor is small, it can be used only for soaking in and not swimming.

Hotel is in great location in Sea Point; rooftop pool is nice; the breakfast restaurant and rooftop bar that are part of the same building are good (plenty of locals use them too); the room was genereoulsy sized; secure car parking in the basement.

Very minor, but the cost covered in the breakfast restaurant might need to be slightly more in order to cover a full breakfast.

Great hotel with tremendous staff and amenities

Beautiful hotel and cozy rooms. I was very pleased with the gym room which was enough to do a full body training. From the roof you can see the lion mountain. The restaurant looked very nice and the food was super tasty. Overall, the staff, in particular the one in the restaurant, were genuinely friendly and nice. Hopefully I can go back to cape town in the near future. Would definitely stay again in this hotel .

Safe, Stylish, and Perfectly Located in Cape Town

I had a great stay at Home Suite Hotels Station House. The hotel feels very secure and safe, which made the experience relaxing from the start. The location is excellent — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, with everything within easy walking distance. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A very convenient and enjoyable base for exploring Cape Town!

Was new when we last stated about 20 months ago but now it’s starting to show its age.

It’s a good location with great views from top floor.

The swimming pool seating was atrocious. Solid concrete in a weird bendy shape. Forget rolling over. And if over a certain age forget getting out of them unassisted. Also, arrived by car and instructions weren’t clear. Finally found our way to reception but it was a poor start. Then when I was loading the car in departure day I couldn’t get back into the building. Had clearly been logged out before the checkout time. No buttons to press for help. No signal on phone 4 floors underground. It was a horrible experience.

Great Hotel

Highly recommended. Outstanding service. Great facilities, eg pool, gym, beauty parlours, restaurant on the 9th floor with sunset view, cafe-bistro on the ground floor, laundry service, coffee machine in the room with daily refill. The room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom with a good shower. We felt safe and welcome.

just ok, if u dont mind road noise at night

Road noise: You would think they would be careful of double glazed windows or soundproofing, listened to a lot of road noise when trying to sleep. R350 voucher not enough for poached eggs, toast with smoked salmon, cappuccino and juice, has to pay in R80! complete rip off and tiny portions.

The property lived up to my expectations in every way.

The property lived up to my expectations in every way. It was incredibly comfortable and exactly as pictured, what you see in the photos is precisely what you get. The ambiance and decor matched the online images perfectly, which was a pleasant reassurance. There are two restaurants conveniently located on the property. We chose to have breakfast at Sonny and Irene, and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast options were delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. It made for a great start to our day.

The cupboards had a bit of dust, which might be due to the nearby construction work.

Comfortable, up market and value for money.

The property is in a great location, in an upmarket and secure neighborhood. The building is fairly new and well maintained. The entire property is very clean, even the underground carparks are spotless. The rooms are very comfortable, serviced daily and extremely clean. The area is also quiet.

The only point of consideration is the breakfast start time of 8am. For those of us attending business meetings, an earlier breakfast start time would be appreciated, say 7am.

The hotel provided everything I needed as a solo traveller with a lovely restaurant downstairs which I felt comfortable

The location in Sea Point was central with access to all the restaurants and the promenade with a quick trip to V&A shopping if required.

Unfortunately the building site opposite is not a great view, especially with workman working six days a week. Means you have an audience if you want to use the balcony.
