Secure place Beautiful hotel rooms Central location Sonny and Irene , The Nines Staff at reception Mandla is a gem
The cleaning staff made noise everyday. One of them very aggressive and rude and confrontational. Unfortunately left a bitter taste They don't allow you to sleep I think they are an independent company so I don't think I can fault the hotel that really was excellent. I do hope this is addressed.

Staff were excellent! Really felt super safe and everyone recognised you coming back into the building! We didn’t realise how many amenities were on our doorstep within the hotel - restaurant, underground parking and salon. Pool was lovely to chill out in the afternoon and rooms well equipped, bed was extremely comfortable!
