A perfect place to stay in Campsbay.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. They made our stay effortless and couldn’t do enough to help. They allowed us to use the pool before our rooms were ready and also once we had checked out. The security team were also excellent and even helped us light the hot tub one evening.

The basin in the bathroom of SC7 did has limited warm water, there is something wrong with the tap or something, had to boil water to shave, just an irritation.

Couldn't be more handy for Camps Bay

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The private parking and luggage storage were helpful (both for additional fee). Common patio was lovely.

I didn't love the layout of the unit. But I do not believe it was mis-represented in the descrtiption, so this is not a fault of the host, think all units are different. In our case, the bathrooms were both off the kitchen, and one bedroom just had shutters to close it off. For our one-night stay this was no problem, but for a longer stay I would choose another unit.

Very nice position just attached to the street of the restaurants (1 min walking distance) That allowed us to go out for dinner in a safe environment

My unit bathroom's needs upgrading

Photos of bedroom and open plan kitchen living area. They efficently moved me to another room upon my request due to the cockroach in this unit's old bathroom, eventhough there was a hot tub available outside. I couldnt stay there. Bedroom loose window fittings, everytime the wind blew the bedroom window popped open. The manager did express regretful acknowledgement.

Cockroach in bathroom! Old 80's style bathroom in unit, needs upgrading. Repair the window latch that pops open with CPT winds.

Cottages are cute, clean and had appliances & cutlery I needed. They have heaters, a TV and a braai area. It's safe and a very nice environment with a view of the mountain and the sound of the ocean.

My bathroom lights weren't working other than that everything was great.

the bed was really comfortable, there were trees, and it’/ in a good area that was quiet while we were there.

- The bathroom we had in the studio had a really wonderful shower, but there’s no partition or glass to divide the shower from the rest of the bathroom so it becomes more like a wet room. - slow wifi

Best value for my birthday weekend

I liked the safety of it, travelling alone and stayed alone the whole weekend. I felt very safe. A stranger followed me on my way back from the beach, but because of the pin requirement at the gate, he couldn’t get in after I locked the gate. Scary experience but easy to manage

The pool could perhaps be heated, I wanted to take a swim but the water was ice cold

hospitality was good

Location was excellent the beach was also excellent , the room was okay only the bed was terrible not comfortable at all, we request 2 single beds and were not available.Who ever cleaned the room was not doing a good job took toilet tissues for what I don't know. But rather than that we had a good time and hospitality was good. will definitely book the place again but please not the same room.

It was easy to walk back too after being out all day. Very clean ( thank you to the maids) pool was nice there was laundry room which we did not use but great if needed too.

Jones the security guy was super nice with us! The bed was comfy. The hot water in the shower was very nice as well.

First night we had no power at our room because the hadn’t top up on time. We stayed all night like that at it was freezing outside. I asked for a compensation but they never did. They told me it was not their fault but the other cottages all had light…very poor backup lights for the loadshedding…

Lovely little gem. Fixable issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure place. The rooms were nicely sized. Clever layout. The kitchenette is very clever and useful Best fridge any accommodation has had. The pool and pool area is lovely The location is great Secure parking Bed was AMAZING- so big and comfy Lovely little deck Private braai areas Lovely linen and towels - beautiful white and super clean! Large shower Towel heaters The room has a heater and fan depending on weather you visiting in View was great from pool area Silent hours from 10pm - 8am

The room smelt a bit mouldy but was okay when the doors were open. There's an extractor fan in bathroom but mould is forming on the roof because the window in bathroom can't open. The curtains were strange- cool concept in theory but not very practical. The silent hours weren't enforced well. Even though I was able to phone security when people were being noisy and partying at 1am. It would have been nice for this to not have been an issue both nights we were there. Parking is a bit far from place if u have lots of luggage to pack small.

I cannot recommend the place.

Location near the front was good.

The room was not cleaned until I complained twice, nor towels changed. The room was tiny, and having a microwave machine over 2 metres high is a huge danger to anyone using it.
