Great location, great pool, great stay!

Lovely self contained cottage in a fab location close to the beach. Also had a fantastic pool and a great running it. Bed was comfortable and the complex feels safe.

Could use a little modernisation, the dates map on the wall make what could be a great space feel hostel like.

Excellent location and lovely cottage

The location is fabulous - within 1 minute walking distance of the beach and a whole host of restaurants and shops. The cottage is very nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and peaceful with running water features. It felt very secure and the staff were lovely and accommodating.

The cottage we stayed in was right next to the main road so you could hear the traffic. It is white noise so it didn't disturb us, but it felt like the bedrooms at the front did lack a bit of privacy because of it. I had to keep the curtains closed as felt like passerbys by might be able to see in. The hot tub is also on the side of the main road. A few bushy plants and trees placed along the security fence to stop people seeing in would be helpful to make it feel more private.

Lovely stay in Camps Bay

Great location and felt secure, very clean and friendly staff. Had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, but an added bonus was also being able to use the facilities and the Bay Hotel!

One of our bathrooms was separate from our cottage, so didn’t use it as much (especially at night!)

Great location close to the waterfront. Large Studio room 9 was comfortable with decking surrounded by greenery. Nice pool area. Separate laundry room. Very helpful and friendly staff.

A perfect place to stay in Campsbay.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. They made our stay effortless and couldn’t do enough to help. They allowed us to use the pool before our rooms were ready and also once we had checked out. The security team were also excellent and even helped us light the hot tub one evening.

The basin in the bathroom of SC7 did has limited warm water, there is something wrong with the tap or something, had to boil water to shave, just an irritation.

Couldn't be more handy for Camps Bay

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The private parking and luggage storage were helpful (both for additional fee). Common patio was lovely.

I didn't love the layout of the unit. But I do not believe it was mis-represented in the descrtiption, so this is not a fault of the host, think all units are different. In our case, the bathrooms were both off the kitchen, and one bedroom just had shutters to close it off. For our one-night stay this was no problem, but for a longer stay I would choose another unit.

Very nice position just attached to the street of the restaurants (1 min walking distance) That allowed us to go out for dinner in a safe environment

My unit bathroom's needs upgrading

Photos of bedroom and open plan kitchen living area. They efficently moved me to another room upon my request due to the cockroach in this unit's old bathroom, eventhough there was a hot tub available outside. I couldnt stay there. Bedroom loose window fittings, everytime the wind blew the bedroom window popped open. The manager did express regretful acknowledgement.

Cockroach in bathroom! Old 80's style bathroom in unit, needs upgrading. Repair the window latch that pops open with CPT winds.

Cottages are cute, clean and had appliances & cutlery I needed. They have heaters, a TV and a braai area. It's safe and a very nice environment with a view of the mountain and the sound of the ocean.

Best value for my birthday weekend

I liked the safety of it, travelling alone and stayed alone the whole weekend. I felt very safe. A stranger followed me on my way back from the beach, but because of the pin requirement at the gate, he couldn’t get in after I locked the gate. Scary experience but easy to manage

Location was excellent the beach was also excellent , the room was okay only the bed was terrible not comfortable at all, we request 2 single beds and were not available.Who ever cleaned the room was not doing a good job took toilet tissues for what I don't know. But rather than that we had a good time and hospitality was good. will definitely book the place again but please not the same room.

It was easy to walk back too after being out all day. Very clean ( thank you to the maids) pool was nice there was laundry room which we did not use but great if needed too.

First night we had no power at our room because the hadn’t top up on time. We stayed all night like that at it was freezing outside. I asked for a compensation but they never did. They told me it was not their fault but the other cottages all had light…very poor backup lights for the loadshedding…
