Room clean although turn down they never did anything and staff nice &helpful. I think I would usually say excellent but we had stayed at some special places beforehand.

The staff is incredibly nice! Janet and the woman who works in the breakfast area in the morning were the sweetest and always asked us about our day. The rooms were very clean and the room with the plunge pool is beautiful and worth your money. I will be returning to Capetown soon and will be staying at this location again. 10/10 recommend!

Staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was beautifully designed and rooms were amazing. The private dip pool was beautiful with amazing backdrop of the ocean. Definitely would come back

Beautiful hotel, great location and the service was truly outstanding. Could not fault it, every member of staff couldn’t do enough for us; so friendly and amazing at their craft. Thank you so much for having us!
