There was no Ac as it was hot They wanted us to clean apartments as I recieved it ,receptionist came to check 3 times and wanted us to clean like professionals .cleaning wasn't mentioned when I booked she said its airbnb even though it's part of beausite hotels

Only the recepshionist that checked us in was not nice at all. Other than her, the whole staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicios and the apartement was comfortable
The lady who checked us in talked to us like you would talk to your workers if youre not a nice boss, and not like were paying customers

overall it’s a comfortable stay for 4 or 5 people.
The property is located in a beautiful location. the view from the property on a clear sunny day would be beautiful. There is good access to supermarkets, shopping, train station and lots of restaurants
there was no dishwashing liquid or scrub for washing vessels. the lady staff at the reception during check in was quite insensitive. the terms about deposit of 300 euros or francs was not informed earlier.

The location & the overall space. Lots of room for a very comfortable stay. A definite plus is the garden.
A bit old, would benefit from an upgrade and the addition of a coffee machine.
