The local jam and shortbread were delicious and very much appreciated, as was the wine - thank you.
It would have been nice to know that we could have made a wood fire in the living room and for there to be wood available. Also unfortunately the central heating wasn't working and it was a little cold!! However, a real highlight was the heroic effort of the manager and his wife coming to safely capture and release the small bat in the main bedroom - lots of excitement!!

very beautiful cottage within the property of Dunvegan Castle. You feel like being part of the MacLeod clan. The house has all the facilities; great kitchen, dining room and living room. Outside a beautiful garden with nice view on the bay. Highly recommended.

This cottage is beautifully appointed and no luxury is left out - fabulous bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a deep tub, tasteful decor and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. It’s nestled in the grounds of Dunvegan Castle and you can see the beautiful castle gardens from the back of the cottage as well as great views to the sea.
