Overall, very good, with some minor adjustments needed...

The room was comfortable and well air conditioned. The balcony got some sun during the day and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was quiet and relaxing and the location was only a 20 minute walk, or a 5 euro Uber to the lively promenade.

There was no shampoo or shower supplies, which would have been handy as we could not travel with these. Some of the umbrellas around the pool were broken. The check out time is 10am which is quite early, but we were able to leave our bags in the property in the communal area while we killed time at the promenade.

Lovely studio in split

The area was very quiet, super clean. Kats cafe opposite was bonus. You can get uber into town 10 mins around €5 saves walking in heat. Shop 2 mins away.

A perfect property for a short city break in Split.

Everything about the property met our expectations. The communication before and during stay was excellent, the recommendations offered by the host were really helpful; the location was ideal, a short walk to the old town but away from the noise and bustle of the town. The local cafe opposite the apartment was excellent and the apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

Perfect accommodation and host

Great location, very quiet area. Twenty minutes from city centre walking, ten minutes from the beach. Good sized pool, and pool area, loads of parasols to protect you from the heat. Plenty of deck chairs to provide a nice communal area where we could gather. We had booked all 7 available rooms. Every room was well equipped, cutlery crockery, stoves, microwaves, kettles. Comfortable beds, sofa beds just in case All clean, tidy and well organized. Balcony's too. Shops with in walking distance. Host couldn't be more accommodating, any issue was quick and keen to sort out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in beautiful split away from the hustle and bustle of the booming centre.

Lovely apartment, hosts are very nice and accommodating to any needs, such a lovely stay will definitely return We did have an issue with our aircon but like I say they tried everything to fix it but in return put us in a new apartment and gave us some drinks/snacks which we were very grateful for😁

Great place! Would definitely rent this apartment again!

Beautifully renovated and very functional appartement, perfectly located close to the park, beaches and the main part of city (walking distance to everything). We loved the pool, the balcony and the free dedicated parking space just in front of the complex.

Coffee machine instead of a tea kettle would have been nice.

Perfect for what we needed! Great place

The property was very clean, modern, and welcoming. David was very helpful and communicative even though we had a very late check-in. We felt safe and looked after. Ljuba was fantastic and very friendly. We would recommend staying here, as we would definitely stay here again.

WiFi wasn’t very strong and kept disconnecting but it didn’t impact us too much.

Beautiful City and Beautiful apartment.

The apartment was great! We were on the second floor with the main front balcony and could not have been happier. As the other reviews say there is a hill but if you follow the path from the city centre past the Honda motorcycle shop, Toomey Supermarket and turn before the Ribola supermarket this hill isn't as bad. The locate is much better then the east of Split which seemed a little more like 'downtown'. The pool was lovely and the loungers are comfy. The toilet and shower facilities are great if you check out and have time before your flight. Food and drinks can be expensive in Split but the self catering facilities help when trying to save with making breakfast and lunch. ANgela the cleaner is also so lovely!

The Wifi wasn't too strong throughout the apartment but it wasn't enough to complain about. The beaches are all stoney so bring beach shoes.

Pleasent stay at a very nice apartment

It was was a very new building with really nice rooms and everything seemed very cleaned and new. The bathroom were really good and big which was so nice. It was nice with a balcony with a bit view of the sea. It was nice with a pool and a shower outside as well and some nice sun beds.

It was nice there were a pool but it needed some cleaning. There were sand at the bottom and some of the tiles had fallen off and was at the bottom as well. It was also a bit noisy were we could here some noise from the hall and upstairs so when some came home from partying so we woke up - however this has more to do with the other guests and not so much the place.

Excellent ! One of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in!

The location of the property was excellent. Only a 15 minute walk from the city centre meant it was easy to access but quiet and peaceful when needed. The pool facilities were excellent as well as the lovely modern outdoor toilet and shower that can be used even after check out on the day you leave. The ladies that cleaned around and in the property were smiling and friendly which is nice to see! The apartments themselves are clean and modern, decorated lovely with plenty of space and all amenities needed in the kitchen. The host was excellent at keeping in touch, gave us some tips and ideas for things to do on our trip as well as restaurant reccomendations, he checked in on us to ensure everything was okay and when I messaged him a couple of times he was quick to respond and very helpful.

Pleasant stay and good value for money

Size and cleanliness of the apartment was very good and well priced, the host was very helpful at all times

Self catering but had most things, a little disappointed that a basic item i.e a Toaster was not provided, A taxi is definitely needed to go out to eat in the evening

Just what we needed 😊

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and the pool was a great advantage. The owners are so nice and accommodating and continually checking in throughout the stay to ensure everything is ok.

Being a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre is slightly inconvenient particularly in the warm weather and taxis are expensive (€30-40 for a 5 minute drive). However, there is a bus stop nearby which we only discovered towards the end of our trip which runs every 90mins from the town.
