Amazing stay with a beautiful view

The worst holiday we have ever experienced !!

The actual hotel interior is beautiful and immaculately clean, as was our spacious and very comfortable room. Facilities such as swimming pool and spa facilities were good.

The hotel advertised an Al a Carte restaurant and 24 hour service. Apart from a buffet breakfast and a buffet evening meal on the first night there was no food or drink whatsoever on offer. There was nothing in the hotel location description to say it was unsuitable for people with mobility issues, (which my husband has) or we wouldn't have gone there. We were literally stranded with no food or bar service we went hungry until we could sort transport down to Split to get a meal and a drink which we had to do every day until, after a row with the management, they laid on a meal for us on the last two evenings of our stay. A meal that certainly wasn't prepared by a chef!! The hotel location is not as advertised but is situated next to a derelict building surrounded by blocks of concrete flats, the area is scruffy, run down and dirty with no other amenities i.e. shops, cafes in the immediate area. Being in our late seventies we had envisaged a relaxing holiday were we could amble out to other local cafes, restaurants and shops watching the local life in the sunshine - what a mistake!!

An elegant and quiet hotel with great amenities and for us location.

The room is as a bit old school but roomy and comfortable. The pool was cold but welcome. The female reception staff most helpful (I can’t remember her name) and engaging. We liked the fact it was out of Split centre, but the walk into and out should be a consideration for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast was ok - we had ask for things when they ran out and the coffee was pretty awful!

30 seconds there and already warning signs of terrible

Sauna off, bar closed, aweful view of surrounding buildings, room outdated and not an ideally clean standard. Checked out immediately and got a refund.

A traditional hotel with friendly staff and large rooms. Situated about 20 minutes walk out of the city centre on a hill the hotel has a good sized outdoor pool and nice pool area. We were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony and sea view.

The carpets in the bedrooms are looking a bit grubby.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were fantastic and friendly. Walk into the centre was easy.

Lovely big rooms with very comfortable beds. Big bathrooms. Kettle provided. Water provided. Very clean. Nice pool and area. Breakfast OK - not the best I've had!

There are little steps at the doors into the bedrooms which I did not see, and as I was leaving our room my shoe caught on it and I fell and broke my wrist! A bit out of town so need to be prepared to walk a bit to get to the shops and restaurants

My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed and the staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and beyond helpful. Really good breakfast every day.

The location was lovely, up on Marjan Hill but it did mean a bit of a walk uphill from the old town and harbour every night.

A beautiful flower

In general, despite a few hiccups it is a great hotel. Very quaint, beautiful decorum, amazing wellness center, very clean, wonderful location, and of course friendly and courteous staff. Hoping to come back:)

I believe it would help to have maintenance staff on weekends. We had a non working shower and were offered 2 options; either move to another room or to use shower in the wellness center (which we did).

We will not recommend this hotel.

Receptionists at the hotel gave us different info regarding the breakfast, so that we only had a limited breakfast on our last day. One of Them seemed confused. Our room was ready 20 minutes later than What we were told upon arrival. The waiters in the restaurant were rude and not welcoming at all. The steam bath/sauna was not working for multiple days and When we came Home we wrote the hotel for a compensation due to missing facilities in the wellness area, which they refused.

The accommodations at your hotel were nothing short of luxurious. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and elegantly furnished. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities truly exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, the state-of-the-art facilities, and the stunning view from my window. well done split :) 10/10

Good place for a few days in Split

Great location in walking distance from old town. Perfect if you want a little quietness. Great breakfast. Nice view to the Adriatic Sea.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful quiet location out of Split town needing customer service training.

Facilities excellent and clean, well maintained. A recently built hotel. Pool area very good and indoor pool, steam room and sauna available to be switched on on request. Out of main Split town (2km?) so nice walk and shuttle bus laid on by hotel which was excellent.

We found the hotel staff very functional and un welcoming compared to other hotels and restaurants. Most seemed unhappy and customer service poor with only one or two exceptions. Breakfast was poor - some of the food was excellent, but two coffee machines which were constantly breaking down, eggs were cold. I asked if coffee could be heated in microwave and it came back 5 minutes later having spliied over and handed it with coffee stains all down the side of the cup. Run out of black tea.

Overall, a lovely stay and we really enjoyed our time in Split!

Staff was extremely polite, and very helpful. The tub was nice, and the balcony (minus furniture-dragging) was a real treat. The pool area was quite nice, and I had a lovely massage with only a day's notice. Beds were good size, and rooms were also decently-sized.

The breakfast could have been a little heartier...wider selection of fruits and veggies. Omelettes would be a nice touch, as well as sparkling water. Bathroom was decently-sized, but with a permanent shower shield, tough to get in and out (and awkward shower head placement). Put signs up to ask people not to drag furniture...view was amazing, but noisy sitting outside listening to other travelers drag furniture up and down the balconies. A shuttle in and out of town would have been nice, especially at night (taxis very expensive, and Uber hard to find a pick-up zone). Mattress toppers for mattresses would also be a good idea.
