Shower enclosure leaks, flooded floor, design flaw, can't be fixed by staff, provided extra towels to soak up water after every shower. Room safe was finicky, first it was locked when I arrived, after the staff opened it, buzzard would continue to sound if you dont set up the new code in sequence, called the staff up again. Air conditioner does not work, and front desk says it shows working, but the room has been 27' C, with temperature set at 21' C since I arrived the day before. The maintenance team got it running again.
Bathroom fan does not turn off , once you turn the light on, no separate switch, need close the bathroom door to eliminate the constant fan noise. A friend booked a another room, same period, moved 2x due to major stained carpet. The staff is professional and proficient, and works hard to service your needs. The hotel has an awkward layout for a newer hotel, 8 years old? The shower stall glass partition design flaw needs to be addressed, by the maintenance team. Overall hotel is acceptable and breakfast buffet is very well done with a good variety of options for everyone. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Quiet location a 20 minute walk from the waterfront, which suited us. Excellent breakfasts and a pretty new hotel so all looking nice. Staff very helpful.

I stayed here because I came one day earlier than Gate 1 tour. It turned out the location in a good 20-minute walk from the old town. So if you want to explore the old town, you should not stay in this Hotel. Nothing wrong with the Hotel but the location is not the best.
