Cosy prolonged weekend in Rome

Excellent location. Communication with Caterine was fast and reliable. Superb accomodation and value for the price. Very close to the metro station. 24h opened grocery store 50m. Some restaurants and Caffe´s are near, too.

We had excellent time in Rome and good stay in Lux apartment.

Good WIFI, decent location, spacious apartment, friendly host.

Door knob on bathroms sholud be repaired, limestone on shower head in the smaller bathroom cleaned, material is peeling of the foldable sofa in living room, only italian TV programs, kitchen cookware small and damaged and the bigest pan doesn't heat up on induction cooktop, bigger bathrom cabinet knob missing and hinges misaligned, shower door in bigger bathroom mising.

modern style, great location, big, good for family, nice with free netflix, good wifi, really close to metro, can drink tap water

the water from the shower was running slow, missing the glasdoor from the shower, one toilet never worked, the apatament was sure amazing when it was new , now its really used (sofa and beds were a little torn apart) it can be better cleaning !

Really small compared to what photos were showing, small place for diner with 4 persons. Building noisy.. good to sleep over night but not to stay during the day

Quite central and safe location Marko was very helpful and got the cleaners to mop the floors and provided extra towels too at no extra charge! There were several food shops and a supermarket open 24/7 so handy !

Wonderful place

The place was perfect! It’s close to the metro and you can go to all the attractions very fast, there is a 24hours market near, it was very clear, the apartment is new so everything inside is in perfect condition. We are very satisfied!

Excellente communication avec l hôte. Excellent emplacement proche supermarché et métro. Parking dans la rue gratuit. Appartement spacieux. Machine à laver pratique.

Manque de serrure dans les salles de bain. Et surtout pas vraiment d'eau chaude. Ou alors temperature fluctuante peu de débit et pommeau qui fuit.

Logement correspondant à nos attentes, situé très proche du métro pour aller à Rome et aussi proche d'un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 et 365J par an.

L'un des deux lits doubles est un peu petit (en largeur), du moins il fait parti de la catégorie petite des lits doubles mais il reste tout de même fonctionnel pour 2.

Cerca de supermercado , restaurantes, metro cercano , el apartamento muy bonito , muy luminoso , amplio 2 baños completos, 2 habitaciones bastante bien, la cocina tenía un poco de todo ,

La ducha grande tenía fallos , habría que arreglarlo , pero por lo demás todo bien , es un entresuelo sin ascensor hay que subir unas pequeñas escaleras por si vas con cochecito .

Les portes des chambres, salles de bain n’avaient pas de serrure. Il manquait un rideau en verre pour la salle de bain. L’heure de sortie est 10h30 ce qui n’est pas standard (normalement minimum 12h) Canapé n’est pas confortable. Les couvertures sont de mauvaises qualité (à changer)

Zakamienione i cieknące prysznice. Pourywane glowice kaloryferów w dwóch pokojach. Można by odmalować ściany wewnątrz. Brak balkonu.
