The location was very convenient. It’s was right across from Ponte Galeria stop and just a few stops to go to the city center. The properly had everything we needed plus more. There were a grocery store and a supermarket close by as well. Very convenient. Also a lot quieter location compared to our stay in Rome city center.

Don’t stay here

it was near a train station and close to the airport.

Toilet seat was broken so you couldn’t sit when you used the toilet. Garbage was left in the hallway, in front of the front door the entire time we were there. Mold was growing in the shower, the wifi didn’t work for us, neither did several plugs on the apartment and the front vehicle gate didn’t work when we arrived. Also the apartment doors don’t have deadbolts or any way to secure them from the inside.

Great location if you’re looking for a close solution to the airport. A two minute walk to the train station to the airport. Very helpful host. Clean apartment.

No elevator, it was difficult for us with a baby (and wasn’t written anywhere). Old apartment, gas doesn’t work, uncomfortable bed. Nothing to do outside the apartment, only a supermarket at a walking distance.

Didn’t get to stay

Owner accepted our reservation and stated on confirmation page that they will us instructions on how to access the property as they have an online registration requirement, a code for the lockbox and a gate code to get into property, however they never sent them. No one answered our multiple calls, messages or emails over many hours. No one was at the property to greet us and it was a very isolated and dark location. We waited outside the property while booking.com tried over and over again to get in touch with them. They finally answered after at 4:30am. They apologized but then immediately marked us a no show and charged us the full amount. Booking.com was kind enough to find us another hotel near by.

Good place to stay for a small family

Nice apartment, has everything you need. Close to the regional railway station, trains every 20 mins on working days and 30mins on holidays. Rome metropolitan tickets are valid. You can reach Rome city centre in 20 to 30mins. Parking is narrow but secure. Has air conditioning and heating. EuroSpin grocery super market is at walkable distance, smaller shops also available. Airport and Beach are closer to this apartment.

Kitchen area was a bit small , a bit more space was expected.

The place is decent, clean, but very modest. There is a train station and big supermarket in the close proximity.

The terrace is very spacious and comfortable.

The flat is a bit smaller than on the pictures, high chairs in the living room very uncomfortable, dishes also very limited, but we were not cooking so it was ok. Only one set of clean towels for a stay of 7 days.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and fairly well equipped. There was good water pressure, hot shower, and good supply of kitchen equipment.

There were difficulties with gaining access, as some of the electronic systems were not working perfectly. Host did respond with text messages to provide means of access, but it was a 'rough beginning"

Consigliatissimo

Posto molto bello nella periferia di Roma ma molto ben fornito. Vicino alla Stazione dei treni dal quale è semplicissimo raggiungere il centro di Roma per un giro più turistico. A una fermata da Fiere di Roma. Vicino ha tutto, farmacia, bar, alimentari e posti dove mangiare. Appartamento con ogni confort e ben pulito. Disponibili per check-in e check-out. Mi hanno aiutato dandomi tutte le informazioni necessarie. Veramente consigliato.

Majoituksen tarjoaja vastasi kohtuullisen nopeasti, joskin käytti kolmea eri kommuniklinnin kanavaa.

Rakennuksen porraskäytävässä haisi home. Asunnossa haisi home ja vessan laattojen välit olivat homeessa. En suosittele homeista asuntoa kellekään. Itsepähän en ottanut peruutusturvaa bookingista, mutta eivät palauttaneet rahoja.

O flat é bom, bem completo até do lado da estacao ponte galeria. 30 minutos de trastevere. Tem um um mercado próximo.

O pagamento foi dividido em 3 partes, a primeira parte foi paga na booking, as outras 2 foram feitas pelos proprietário do flat, paguei um valor na hora da compra, mas 500 reais aproximado 5 dias depois, e mais 220€ 1 dia antes da viagem. Sendo assim paguei IOF que nao pagaria comprando na booking, e isso nao esfava no ato da compra, também o valor final divergiu do valor no ato da compra, tentei contato com a booking e nao obtive sucesso. Isso foi de má fe para nao dar tempo de resolver antes da viagem.
