A tremendously fantastic place to stay. Just a 20 minute drive to Rome, a 20 minute drive to lake Bracciano (which is gorgeous btw). Warm and polite hosts, made us feel immediately welcome. All amenities were as advertised - fully functioning kitchen, large living room, great bedrooms, 24/7 hot-tub, bbq & stone pizza oven in the garden. We really loved everything about our stay. And the best bonus feature - a friendly house cat who occasionally dropped by for some pets and purrs. Loved it.

Perfect house with the kids. Incredible terrace and garden to enjoy every time of the day. Jacuzzi perfect! House very calm surrounded by gardens.

Property is nice and spacious , well decorated with taste. Jacuzzi and grill facilities a plus .
Just one thing, the knives in the kitchen were not so good for cutting veggies and meet from the barbecue . New knives would be good .
