Tasuta parkimine tänaval. Rongipeatus lähedal, ühendus linnaga kiire, tihe ja soodne (1 euro). Väikesed toidukauplused ja söögikohad jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korteris 2 eraldi magamistuba mugavate vooditega. Köögis kõik vajalik toiduvalmistamiseks. Köögist võimalik minna välialale, kus on võimalik nii süüa, kui lihtsalt puhata. Väga sümpaatne ja sõbralik pererahvas, kes reageerib kiiresti muredele ja tunneb huvi, kuidas läheb.
