Great studio apartment, at a great location, managed by a great host

No nasty surprises. Everything as advertised. Good location, especially for the money. Easy checking and checkout. Responsive, helpful and communicative host. Very quick and good maintenance crew. You can rent scooters right in front of the building front door :D

There is nothing to complain about really. At first the mattress looked tired to me, but then it turned out to be very comfy One sink was draining a bit slow, I reported it, the host asked if it's ok for the handy man to enter the apartment. We said yes, it was fixed while we were out in the city. This could've happened to us at our own home, so I don't mind it at all.

Marvelous stay. Truly recommended for families.

Wonderful place with everything like the photos. Katerina prepared a link with the tax and a self check-in procedure. Everything was lovely and we will choose it for sure again. Marvelous place between metro Barberini and Republica. Market in only 300 metres distance and in only 5 minute walk you can find cheap shops for shopping. We strongly recommend it without any doubt. Fully equipped with everything that a family would need for cooking. Katerina thans for everything!! We looking forward to come again!!

Great apartment with everything you’d need, in a superb location, and with a very kind host!

It was quite spacious for the 3 of us! I think it’s still comfortable for 4 people as well. The apartment has everything you need like a small but complete kitchen and diner table. We we’re pleasantly surprised by the second full bathroom(!), which we didn’t know of beforehand. Location is also superb since it’s close to the city centre and the train station, but in a very quiet and neat neighbourhood. And our host Umberto was very kind!

The only small downside of the apartment would be the sofa bed which was quite weak and noisy. Not the best, certainly if you’re sleeping on it with 2 people.

There were several issues with our stay: - We had practically no hot water for the first day, meaning we could not shower or wash up. - The fridge didn’t work for the entire time, we had to throw a fridge full of food away that we had brought as it wasn’t cold. - The curtains fell down as the screw holding them had snapped! There were not replaced and there was no apology. - Very poor communication from host after an initial response about one of the issues, I sent another message as more problems unfolded. The host ignored this message for the duration of our stay (3 days).

The location was ok, but the studio disappointing and there were issues around safety.

Close to Termini, about 10 minutes walk. Good public transport connections to get you to most of the main sites within 30-45 mins. Quiet and safe residential / office neighbourhood. There were some places to eat nearby in a variety of price ranges. The hosts were kind and the decor of the studio looks pleasant.

Don't be mislead by the mention of Luxury in the name. This 2-person studio is very basic and spartan. The mattress is uncomfortable. There is no mattress topper and you can feel the coils when lying down. The curtain poles and towel rail were not fixed properly, making them unsafe. The host had warned us not pull the curtains because the pole was hanging loose. It most certainly would have come crashing down (from about 4 meters up....) if we had forgotten this. The towel rail fell down by just putting a towel over it, hurting my arm. We had not been warned about this not being safe. To be fair (not wanting people to enter when we were out, or having to stay in) we told hosts not to bother about immediate repairs. This studio is not suitable for self-catering. There is no space to prepare a meal. The tiny kitchen surface is almost entirely taken up with sink and hob. You can barely place a cup in between, let alone managing pots, pans etc. Boiling water on the hob takes forever. A small microwave and an electrical kettle would have been more useful than this kitchen arrangement. The tea mugs were chipped at the edges. The linen, floors and surfaces where clean, but there was orange and black mould on the shower unit tiling, which needs a deep clean. To top things off: somebody with a key tried to enter the studio unannounced. When it became clear that one of us was in, they withdrew without making themselves seen or telling whom they were. This was unsettling and scary.

Nice apartment with all necessary kitchen gadgets, super nice and helpful staff. Location was also very good and the apartment worked well for our small family (2 adults and 7 month old baby) as it was clean and spacious. Staff also organized a baby bed for us.

Lots of space and the location was brilliant. Loved having two bathrooms! Close to railway station but in a really nice location. Restaurants and shops were nearby.

Needed a better clean in the corners of the rooms. Crack in the table & wonky kitchen tap which host did say was going to be repaired. Overall it was pretty good.

1)The Unit was one of 2 converted units from previous ground floor and will have flaws.

1) Breakfast not included for the Apartment. 2) Location is reasonable as not too far to walk to main road to catch a bus. 3) Catch Bus 90 to and from Roma Termini to the Apartment as too far and difficult to walk. This the Property Owner did provided such information.

1) No Extra Rubbish Bags provided. 2) Kitchen Sink Tap leaking and Owner did not check prior to each handover to new guests. 3) No proper natural lighting as the unit I had was at ground floor and windows facing internal light well/light court. 4) The Apartment size is small for the combined dining/living area. 5) One of the toilet window is not closeable and need repair. 6) The Divan Bed was broken and not comfortable as we had booked for 3 persons. 2 persons is fine but the broken Divan Bed made sleeping for 3rd person very uncomfortable. 7) The Unit Rate per night was on the high side.

The place is exceptionally good, we could walk to many sites. There are a lot of nice restaurants around. The apartment is very clean and well illuminated. The owner is really helpful.

Only one thing: cracks on the plates. In Russia it's considered to be a bad sign. But of course its rather our peculiarity than a drawback of the apartment..

Lokalizacja i przestrzeń to największe atuty obiektu. Dwie łazienki przy pobycie 3–4 osób to duża wygoda. Przy czterech noclegach w Rzymie, których celem było zobaczenie jak największej liczby atrakcji, miejsce zdecydowanie warte polecenia. W promieniu 200–400 metrów znajdują się restauracje i sklepiki. Przystanek autobusowy oddalony jest o około 300 metrów, a stacja metra o 8–10 minut pieszo. Żadnych negatywnych niespodzianek. Oczywiście oceniam obiekt przez pryzmat opłacalności – zapłaciłem określoną kwotę i dokładnie to otrzymałem.

Dla niektórych może to być istotne, ale mieszkanie jest dość ciemne – dociera do niego mało światła dziennego, co zresztą widać na zdjęciach. Przydałoby się również więcej półek w głównej sypialni, choć to drobna uwaga.

Прекрасные апартаменты в старинном доме недалеко от вокзала (15 мин пешком) , но в тихом и красивом месте. До фонтана Треви -минут 10-15. Два санузла, были все гигиенические принадлежности. Я переживала, что далековато от центра,но в итоге обошли достопримечательности , ни разу не пользуясь транспортом. Заселение самостоятельное , что тоже удобно . Нам все понравилось

Apartamenro bom e confortável.

Janela do banheiro não trancava,parecia quebrada. Cheguei uma hora após o horário para o check in e não tinha nenhuma indicação de como entrar no apartamento. Precisei ligar para a acomodação para saber como proceder(porém tinha viajado a noite toda e ainda não tinha providenciado o chip para o celular). Após resolver a questão do celular e conseguir ligar para a acomodação fiquei aguardando na rua(frioooo e se estivesse chovendo ?) esperando por uma pessoa que iria levar a chave, pediram 15 minutos e após uma hora de espera ,precisei ligar novamente e aguardar por mais trinta minutos. Lamentável.
