Room space, amenities, cleanliness and especially Giulia who was super helpful during my stay with recommendations and advice.

The AC in the room should have a different orientation/angle because the cold air blows straight to the head when sleeping.

It is conveniently located in one of the best downtown areas. You can easily walk to the main city's attractions in a few minutes. The highlight will be Giulia, a super-friendly host. The room is spacious with everything you need to stay.

Small Italian elevator that fits 2 people max If you drive a car, it is not easy to find parking (typical of big cities, tough)

Centrally located. Near Roma Termini. Inexpensive. Nice yogurt.

My travel partner didn’t the experience. Here are their thoughts: The manager was micro-managey during the stay. - They asked us to potentially move rooms in the middle of the stay after an upgrade (didn’t happen in the end) - Disruptively texts us to ask if we wanted room cleaning (we’re here to explore Rome and not worry about the booking) - They were irate about us using the entrance ringer instead of the keys (didn’t explain why until after we made this mistake). - They would restrict microwave usage even for microwave safe trays (they said it would explode in the microwave) In terms of the booking itself: - The space was rather cramped, with little space to move around especially with a bag or two. - the table was also half filled with paid snacks, which limited shelf space more. - Check in is at the specified time you say you’d arrive, but the front desk may be gone at any time. -There’s an occupation fee that’s included but needs to be paid in cash.
