It’s situated in a very nice neighborhood. Layout of the apartment is very good with little balcony wich is great. Decor and lighting are fantastic.

Kitchen and dishwasher not very well maintained. Beds are ok for few nights but after really gets your back.

viskas puiku, lokacija superinė iki Trevi Fontano vos 10min, taip pat ir iki kitų objektų pakankamai netoli, visur apėjome pėstute, bet jeigu reiktų transporto, tai šalia autobuso stotelė, termini stotis labai netoli, kambariai švarūs, dvi lovos dideles, vienas miegamasis, svetainės kambaryje išskleidžiama sofa, bet patogi ir dar viena sofa prieškambaryje , neišskleidžiama, yra mažas balkoniukas į vidinį uždarą kiemą, vaizdas į kaimynų langus.

Vienintelė problemėlė su vandens nutekėjimu duše, tiek kriauklėje, vandens subėgimas labai labai lėtas, du žmonės iš eilės negalėjo nusimaudyti, nes vanduo nesubėgdavo, tekdavo laukti, nes kitu atveju vonios kambarys būtų patvinęs, tas pats ir su vonios kriaukle, vanduo nenubėgdavo, o kaupdavosi kriauklėje, kol tekdavo sustabdyti vandens tekėjimą ir laukti, kol vanduo subėgs

Bedrooms were spacious, modern and tasteful. Large wardrobes/plenty of hanging space. Communication about access to the property was good. Comfortable, large beds. Having two sets of keys.

SHOWER ROOM The shower room was dirty (sink, shower drain cover, skirting and walls). The chrome shelves were rusty. The paint had peeled/chipped at the bottom of the door and the shower didn’t drain whilst you were using it so you stood in several centimetres of water. Also, other than a tiny bar of soap, there weren’t any toiletries. FLOORS The laminate flooring was chipped and lifting in many places. BEDSIDE TABLES The surfaces were chipped and they needed replacing. STAIRWELL The stairways leading up to the apartment are very narrow and shabby. They are not inviting and people with mobility issues would find climbing the stairs difficult. EXPENSIVE I think the property was expensive considering a fair bit of maintenance was needed.
