L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, avec tout ce qu'il faut a l’interieur pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Les explications de Ludovica sont claires et précises. Des petits supermarchés tout proches, nous avoons quasiment tout fait a pied, mis a part le Vatican. Je recommande ̀de cet hébergement, accessible a tous grâce a son ascenseur...

Certaîs détails qui mériteraient un petit coup de neuf (la lunette des toilettes qui se démonte seule et le mur de la chambre qui aurait besoin d’un coup de peinture car vraiment très abîmé par les valises. Mais c’est pinailler. En gros pas grand chose pour que tout soit parfait!

Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό δίχωρο διαμέρισμα που εξυπηρετεί άνετα 4 άτομα. Βρισκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 1 χιλ από το κέντρο,με διάφορα καταστήματα κοντά.

Αυτό που θα ήθελα είναι λίγη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα...η μούχλα σε κάποια σημεία της ντουζιέρας του μπάνιου... και επίσης θα ήθελα να μοσχοβολάει φρεσκάδα, αυτό βέβαια έχει να κάνει και με την παλαιότητα της οικοδομής μιας και η περιοχή είναι γεμάτη διατηρητέα κτίρια.

Die Sauberkeit und die minimale Küchenausstattung

Bedrooms were spacious, modern and tasteful. Large wardrobes/plenty of hanging space. Communication about access to the property was good. Comfortable, large beds. Having two sets of keys.

SHOWER ROOM The shower room was dirty (sink, shower drain cover, skirting and walls). The chrome shelves were rusty. The paint had peeled/chipped at the bottom of the door and the shower didn’t drain whilst you were using it so you stood in several centimetres of water. Also, other than a tiny bar of soap, there weren’t any toiletries. FLOORS The laminate flooring was chipped and lifting in many places. BEDSIDE TABLES The surfaces were chipped and they needed replacing. STAIRWELL The stairways leading up to the apartment are very narrow and shabby. They are not inviting and people with mobility issues would find climbing the stairs difficult. EXPENSIVE I think the property was expensive considering a fair bit of maintenance was needed.
