I loved how the room was fully equipped with important items. There is also a lift and easy to come in and out. No noise at all.

Recommendations in the neighbourhood for dinner and breakfast we really loved. With the crowdedness in Trastevere and the old city, Quirinale is a bit calmer but with a lot of nice places. Communication with the father and son ( owners) was very responsive and kind. No extra costs for fresh water bottles and little snacks. Great bed and badroom.

There is no reception, you arrange the appointment with whatsapp. No other place in the building to chill, just your room.

Excellent communication! Apartment is mostly up to the description, nice and clean. Location is good - right next to it there is a supermarket, places to eat, park, 10 mins walk to metro, 30 to the center. A/C, consistent hot water and wifi. It was on 4th floor (technically 5 if to count floor 0), so lift in the building is a big plus! Price-wise feel quite expensive, but we booked 1 day in advance in high-season June, with such conditions it seemed as the best price/value ratio.

Small adjustments that can be made: - more coffee sticks (we had 2, for some reason it's hard to find those in supermarket) - more clothes hangers (there are 4) - be able to give 2 keys for 2 people stay. There is a key box outside of apartment we were shown, but still need a key to get into the building Other notes: - A/C works, but it's weak, definitely can't blow +16, rather maybe +23. So when arriving home it's hot for some time, but eventually cools down for the sleep - towel dryer didn't work - there is microwave and iron in the description, but not in the apartment - you hear neighbors coming and leaving, not much noise insulation from the corridor - bathroom ventilation is noisy

Located in a cute local road. Nice local eateries near by. Kept clean

Pretty far away from main attractions, extra fees for late check in , no terrace/ patio as advertised , lift doesnt work often. Keys can be easily left in boxes for late check in. Toiletries were lacking
