Top location and price, availability of coffee, tea and a few sweet snacks (not expected therefore appreciated)
Sink leaking and cold room (only air conditioning available to warm it up). A bit of hot water issues. The sound proofing of the rooms is totally NOT existent, we had issues with our neighbours

the location was good. It was very accessible. Good water pressure. Room was very nice.
TV remote not working. There was a period of time where the air-conditioner was not working.

Clean, Big bed and good location for my purpose of visit.
They insisted for 3 days to pay the tourist tax via PayPal (only 14€) or they will not give me the instructions to check in, where a code is needed. I felt threatened. This is not mentioned on booking.com when I reserved. I ended up contacting someone directly that was flexible to allowed me to leave cash in the room. There isn’t sound prove to the other rooms. You can hear everything!
