Nothing but words of praise! From the very first moment, even though we were late for check-in due to traffic, the staff was very accommodating and did not charge us any penalty. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. A big bravo, bravo, bravo!

The Flora room was spacious enough for a couple and well equipped with everything one might need. We appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, water, and bathroom amenities. The accommodation offers good value for money (just keep in mind the tourist tax of EUR 6 per person per day). The location is convenient, close to Villa Borghese, with easy bus connections to the city center. Valentina was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception even after the self check-out time. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!
After our departure, we received a call from the staff asking whether we had left our keys at reception during self check-out. We had done so, but they couldn’t find them at the time, which created a bit of confusion while we were on our way to the airport. The overall management gave off a slightly chaotic impression. The cleanliness could also be improved a little.

Greatly managed. Nice room with all the necessary amenities. Excellent service. Good location. Beautiful building too. Would def stay here again.
