Besonders positiv war die sehr gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche und zudem kostenlosen Kaffee. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und alles Notwendige regelmäßig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich optimal einstellen und sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen. Auch die Dusche war wirklich top, ebenso wie der Fernseher (Smart-TV) im Zimmer. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung hervorragend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zusätzlich zu erwähnen, ist die hervorragende Anbindung an Rom. 3 min bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und ca.15min bis zum Vatikan.

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and near the center! It also smelt nice , we had 2 pillows and free slippers! The air condition was well placed in the room. Plenty of lighting options in the room and bed was comfortable!

Breakfast wasn't advertised in images, so we didnt know what to expect. We had to pay extra for eggs / something salty as we don't eat sweet croissants and biscuits for breakfast... Also hot water needed 3-5 minutes to reach the 5th floor, which was a bit alarming the first two days which we didn't know if we had to turn on a boiler or something. Noises from early-people in the sharing kitchen woke us up at 7 am two times (preparing breakfast or using facilities making noise). Lastly, cleaning service was offered which we requested it once, but the towels weren't changed. Not sure if we had wrong expectations on this one but it would be nice if it was clearly written what the cleaning service includes in order to better manage our usage of towels etc . WiFi also was really bad, we had to use our data for fast Internet.

Location was good and quiet - close to the grocery shops and restaurants, close to public transport station (metro, bus), short walk to Saint Angle's Castle. The Kitchen was fully equipted , we could easly prepare brakefast and keep food in the fridge. The contact with the hotel was good - we needed additional duvet, because we were cold at night and it was delivered the same day.

The cleaning could be more thourough - in the bathroom after the check in we found some black hair in the drower. After requesting the cleaning during the stay the cleaning was not sufficient - only the trash was taken out and the bed. The water in the bathroom was getting warm really slowly - but that is probably because the apartament was on the high floor. The breakfast was served in the restaurant outside of the hotel, but very close to the building. But the breakfast start was dependant on the opening hours of the restaurant - sometimes we did not use it, as the restaurant opened too late for us. The breakfast itself was tasty - it consisted of the croissant with the selected filling, 2 cookies and a drink (juice or coffee) - but fur a man it could not enough, it was enough though for my girlfriend.

The location and comfort of the room were fine. However, we had a problem getting into the room, partly our fault because we hadn't paid the tourist tax online All other accommodation on this trip were paid on arrival in cash. We were allowed in the building and were left hanging around for 1 hour before we were allowed in the room because the room key had not been left in the correct place, and there was only a telephone connection to talk to someone, this clearly didn't work until we got really angry. It was totally exasperating. The breakfast vouchers were also not left out for us so it was 2 days before we were able to claim breakfast. Very poor communication and lack of personal contact, this time it didn't work for us and impacted on our overall memory of our time in Rome..

Someone to be on site at the time of expected arrival, or at least until a certain time or day, we did give our time of arrival and our confirmation did say our booking was confirmed. I did not see anything about having to .pay tourist tax before arrival online, perhaps wrong assumption. There must be a lot of 80 yer olds who want to travel but are not very competent with total online booking and would prefer to talk to a real person.
