The location and space of the apartment are optimal, it's close to metro and restaurants. The apartment is big, and has a good kitchen, bedrooms and communication was good.
The kitchen is not well supplied, with cups, glasses and dishes that are chipped. The washing machine was not working, which we communicated but never got fixed (and by the looks of it I am not sure it is fixable). I think it's important to pay attention to these details, since they are part of the facilities you expect when booking an apartment.

The property was clean, really spacious and had everything we needed for the trip. Communication with the owner was also great - Marco and Mr Giovanni were very helpful.

Comfortable bed. Good location
Way too small for 4 people. High price did not reflect presentation of room. Tired bathroom needs redecorating. Shower unit too small even for average sized people.
