The cleanliness of the room.
The pastries which are more 3 days. They are not changed daily. The loaf bread is changed daily.

The place is just near the Vatican and San Pietro, which makes it a perfect location to start the discovery of Rome.
Emiliano is a great host, and was very diligent in ensuring we had a great experience at his place !

The accommodation offers breakfast. The place is close to Vatican, 12..15 min walk. The surrounding area is clean and relatively quiet. Bus stations near.
The host provided us a lot of useful information, it is a nice person.
Single use slippers would have been nice.
