The property rooms were nice, very clean. A short walk to Vatican. The staff was exceptional. One in party lost his passport. The staff went out of their way to help ensure a great stay as well as give us support.
The only suggestion I would pass along would be to emphasize in literature to call phone number immediately upon arrival. Not the typical bed and breakfast I am familiar with and was a little confused until we called and staff met us to let us in property. Staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Great location in a quiet street right outside of the Vatican. Modern, clean. Great AC. Convenient checkin with a link + codes to open doors. Emilia was very communicative and helpful via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but enough to give us a decent start (yoghurt, juice, coffee, some bread etc). Highly recommended!
Some issues with the WiFi in our room being a bit flaky at times. The tourist tax (6 EUR/night/person) was not included in the booking.com price and had to be paid separately afterwards but I guess that’s standard and not Sotto’s fault.

best part was the ease to walk around - location was value for money. Although we never met our hosts - communication was good and efficient, problems were solved quickly.
it would have been nice to meet our host in person ...quiet normal with this type of B&B.

Location.
We were unfortunate because of a rude neighbor “from hell”. We were talking in our normal voices and neighbor started banging on the wall between us. Unfriendly with condescending looks.
The facilities was very spartan. Basic necessities. Just a place to sleep and does the job of it.
For backpackers. Not for senior adults with diminishing mobility issues.
