Great location. Staff very nice.
A bit nosy from the communal area and just outside the bedroom door when neighbouring rooms are coming and gong. However, no noise from the outside street which was great.

We couldn’t figure out how to get English TV subtitles on.

Size and cleanliness of the room - seemed brand new Helpfulness of the staff Proximity to bus and rail transport
Breakfast was non-existant, even though I thought I'd paid for it. The staff said that it had not been available for 12 months Paper-thin walls - a noisy child in the next room for the first night not enough hot water no bedside lights only one chair
