Size and cleanliness of the room - seemed brand new Helpfulness of the staff Proximity to bus and rail transport
Breakfast was non-existant, even though I thought I'd paid for it. The staff said that it had not been available for 12 months Paper-thin walls - a noisy child in the next room for the first night not enough hot water no bedside lights only one chair

Location, very close to S.Pietro and bus stop connection for arrange important touristic points. Room, big and comfortable. All gadgets are new. Prices competitive
Wifi quality, our mobile phones couldn't connect during the entire stay. Without internet, Tv also didn't work. (We stayed in the little room).
