The owner is really nice and helpful, we could leave our luggages in the morning at the apartment until check in and also, on the last day after check out.
The room is big enough and has all the necessary details you need. Best value for the price.

Convenient for metro. Efficient communication for flat entry , payment of city taxes etc

One double and 2 single beds in a single room, with wardrobes in connecting corridor. So space is tight.
No sitting area. So fine if room purely used as a dormitory, but no workable space otherwise.
1st story appt in a busy area, so some road and pedestrian noise

Excellent location. Walking distance to Ottaviano station and Vatican City. There is a very good restaurant right in front of the hotel. I like the room, it has high ceiling, very quiet and relaxing.

Daniele was very nice host and the location was great.
Bed wasn't really confortable, the shower was mouldy and very small. Our room was facing the road and it was noisy most of the night. The whole bathroom should be redone. Daniele brings fresh pastries every morning but more options should be available such as fresh fruits.
