Great location in a quiet street near the airport shuttle bus stop and cafes that open early (very helpful as many of my tours started in the morning and I needed time to walk to the meeting point). The owner was very attentive and helpful, sending clear instructions to access the hotel and answering all my questions. The room was very comfortable and had air conditioning.

Great experience. Everything is so close, and you can walk almoust to every important place to the city. The rooms are the exact one from the publication.

Amazing location for walking into the centre. Annarita was super helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly what we needed (a comfortable and practical base from which to explore Rome)

The bathroom is very small, but this wasn't a problem.

Location was decent -central Rome -short walk to shopping, restaurants, gelato stores and close to Vatican, Pantheon.

Access to both the building and the unit could have been smoother. We arrived at around 1 PM and "Bruno", the door manager contacted the host who advised that although we were early, we could access the unit remotely through a password or link. Unfortunately, neither worked, host stated she was was within minutes away and we then had to wait over 45 minutes for her to arrive. The pass code enabled "key lock" is poorly located/ installed on the common entry door to the 3 rooms. Each day I tried to open/turn the key lock, I cut open my middle knuckle. Living quarters were very basic. The common door leads to a small reception area with a common sink and work station with hallway leading to (2) small, very close in proximity "studio" type rooms -a bedroom with a very small bathroom. We got a bit spoiled with some of the accommodations we stayed at in Milan, Cinque Terra and Florence -but not bad value for $ 100 bucks or so in Rome, I suppose.
