Location is right in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere didn't need public transport

Communication from the time I booked tickets til the time we left was really bad. No help from Booking.com at all. Rome is great. Booking.com was horrible

The owner met us and guided us. We requested early check-in and change it eventually and he was very accommodating. There were light breakfast ready for grabs in the room. The accommodation has everything you needed. There were multiple keys you have to use to get into the room so I think it was really safe. It is near the Vatican and there were lots of shops around the area but it is not noisy inside the room when you close the window. Comfortable bed. Warm room. The location was not specific because it is inside the whole building but the owner waited for us and help us with our luggage.

We noticed that hot water doesn't run for too long. You will be showering in cold water after 5 mins of using the hot water. The owner said they had check it and everything was fine but the next day, we tried using the shower again, same thing happens. Maybe hot water will only run for a specific amount of time then it will be cold water again. It is difficult especially when it is in winter time.

the “inn “ is three rooms. the bathroom is private but not in the room. you need to cross the hall to use it. the decor of the room is drab. the so-called breakfast is disgusting… plastic wrapped buns and biscuits - nothing fresh, no fruit. the kitchen is also used to dry the towels supplied with the room. jacopo was helpful.
