The room was clean n very comfortable. Communication for check in was quite easy. The lady who made n brought our great breakfast was excellent n so friendly n so helpful with information, she even left us little Easter eggs on our coffee cups . There are plenty of shops n eateries around n also a supermarket. The Vatican was a 15 to 20min walk making this a perfect place to stay if visiting this site.

Very central and very clean. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent.
The room was a little on the small side with no area to sit other than the bed. If it was a summer location it wouldn’t have been a problem but on returning to the room to warm up it was a bit squashed.

Location is great (near Vatican city), Metro station is just in front of the hotel and the place is properly cleaned. Also the rooms are in good condition.
Be careful when you book, the place is called Jacuzzi RoomS which gave me the impression that there would be a jacuzzi in every room, only two rooms have a tub, the other 2 not. Check out is at 10.00 o'clock and at 10.10 the owner really started pushing us out. The bed in our room had a frame of 1m60 but the mattrass was only 1m40, so a board was fixed on the frame.

I liked the solution provided when I discovered the airco was not functioning.
The room was very clean, also the bedding.
It is really nice that the coffee, snacks and drinks are included in the price.
When you book a jacuzzi room, you also expect a jacuzzi. It is not very clear on the site that some rooms do not have the jacuzzi.
The information about the non functioning airco was already known, the solution could have been provided earlier and without me having to complain about it.
